Watercress and Orange Salad
- Bunch of watercress
- 1 orange cut into small slices
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1/2 red onion
- Handful of sprouts (such as mung bean)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- Flaxseeed or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in a bowl and toss together, including juice from orange. Serve with a drizzle of flaxseed or olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add some salmon, cottage cheeses or chicken for a delicious, healthy lunch.
