Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
 - 3/4 cup watercress
 - 3/4 cup kale
 - 3/4 cup spinach
 - 1/2 avocado
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/2 frozen banana
 - 1 cup blueberries
 - 1 tablespoon LSA
 - 1/2 cup ice
 - 1 inch fresh gingerhandful grapes
 
Method
- Should blend up for 2 people
 - Add some oat milk for added creaminess.
