2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (cocoa powder is also fine)
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp honey,
Pinch of sea salt
100g desiccated coconut for coating
Method
Process nuts by pulsing in food processor till crumbly
Add dried fruit, pulsing till combined (might need to scrape down the sides)
Add peanut butter, honey, salt, raw cacao and spice, process till a firm dough. Pulse slowly and scrape down sides often.
Tip out of processor and form into balls using about 1 Tbsn of mix. Roll in coconut and refrigerate in an airtight container. They keep for about 2 weeks and can be frozen.
