This makes a big container, a serve would be ½ cup.

3 cups rolled oats (or buckwheat flakes or ½ of each)

2 cups quinoa flakes – (can be found in supermarkets in health food section)

1 ½ - 2 cups mixed raw nuts (e.g. brazils, almonds, walnuts), roughly chopped

¾ cup LSA mix (supermarket or health food shop)

¾ cup sunflower seeds

¾ cup pumpkin seeds

¾ cup sesame seeds

½ cup linseeds

½ cup dates (chopped)

½ cup prunes (chopped)


Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them up. Always choose raw nuts. The oats can be swapped for buckwheat flakes for a gluten free version.

To Serve: Serving size is 1/2 a cup, add your choice of milk (try oatmilk, unsweetened) and/or yoghurt. Top with a few blueberries or strawberries.
